What is the cancellation policy for classes?
All classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class start time. If the classes are cancelled within the 4 hour window, the pass will be lost.
How do I cancel my membership?
If your contract is up, please send us an email at info@hitfitsf.com and provide 30 days notice, per the contract terms.
Can I freeze my membership?
Members may temporarily suspend their membership for a maximum of 2 billing cycles and not more than once per year for medical reasons only in accordance with the following terms:
A) There will be a mandatory monthly freeze charge of $20 to keep member account active.
B)Written notice of freeze must be given no later than 15th of the month prior to the freeze start date.
C) No retroactive freezes
D) If you are still in contract, the frozen months will be added to the end of your contract
E) Memberships may only be frozen due to injury in accordance with the directives of a health professional and must be verified by doctors note.
F) No cancellations are permitted on frozen accounts. You must first unfreeze your account, bring your account current and then follow our cancellation procedure.
